Do you process orders in different currencies?

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars.

Please be aware that all payments will be processed in Australian dollars, and that due to the currency conversion, the amount billed to your credit card may vary slightly from the total price shown at the checkout.

Can I purchase a gift voucher?

Yes, gift vouchers are available in my online store. They are valid for 3 years with select denominations starting from $50. If you would like to give a specific amount that is not listed, please email me at info@aureliayeomans.com and I will create a custom voucher for you. A digital version will be emailed to you at checkout. Alternatively, if you would like a voucher mailed to you physically, or to redeem a gift voucher, please contact me here.

 How can I find out my ring size?

I am able to measure your ring size in person, via my atelier. If you are interstate or overseas, I suggest getting sized by a professional jeweller in your local area. This is the most accurate sizing option available and the cost for this is typically nominal. Alternatively, I offer a small ring sizer that can be purchased here. Can I customise one of your designs?

Some of my designs are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced, however, many of my designs and pieces in my collections can be reproduced or customised - made either in different metals or with different gemstones.  If you love one of my pieces but would like it with a bigger or different shaped stone, or to add/change design aspects, I would be happy to discuss a bespoke order with you. Keep in mind bespoke pieces typically involve a longer manufacture time and incur a higher cost due to the personalised nature of the process.

I saw a certain piece but can't find it on aureliayeomans.com. Is it still available or can I order it?

My collections are always evolving. Some of my designs may have been archived and are no longer available. For custom inquiries or to request replica versions, please contact me here

Where is your jewellery made?

All Aurelia Yeomans jewellery is proudly made in Melbourne and does not leave my atelier without being fully checked and assessed. I design and create each piece ethically and sustainably, working with a few skilled and passionate local tradespeople. Every piece is 100% designed and made in Australia.
